Travelling is freedom - Basti´s global journeys

Bolivia is the poorest country in South-America. The differences in wealth, education and infrastructure are clearly visible when crossing the border from Chile. It is a fascinating country which boasts some of the world´s most magnificent wonders, especially the Salar de Uyuni, the biggest salt desert in the world. I went there for only 4 days, but thanks to our amazing Bolivian tour guide Carlos I got a very good insight into a country, where colonization could not destroy the roots set by the Aymara and the Incas over thousands of years.
