Thailand, a country with many faces: succulent and harmonious food, spectacular beaches and smiling people on the one side. On the other, however, troubled domestic politics, crime, narco-traffic and most of all prostitution. I have been to Thailand three times and been all over this incredible country. In these news, I have become a victim of its shameful crime scene and witnessed the horrible behavior of some tourists and its impact on the local culture. Nevertheless, the remote and unscathed nature of southeastern Koh Chang changed our opinion and rewarded us with the most dramatic sunsets and loneliest beaches I can imagine.
